Twenty-plus years of building queer spaces — from furry cons and charity fundraisers in Georgia to drag shows and festivals in Seattle. Lw started Dog Village so the community could shed their masks, or wear them proudly, surrounded by the kind of family you choose for yourself.
Zap (Nicholas / Zapora)
Zap moves between Seattle's drag, fursuit, and queer scenes the way most people move between rooms — naturally, often, and bringing everyone along. Co-owner of Dog Village, the connector and the introducer. The reason your friend group keeps growing.
Wisp (Phil)
Quieter than the other two; you'll feel Wisp before you see them. Production, logistics, the show running on time, the room being ready before anyone notices it wasn't — that's Wisp. Co-owner of Dog Village and the reason the night doesn't fall apart.
